A great career in medicine

Pharmacy is an exciting, dynamic health-care profession. Pharmacists are experts in medicines of all kinds. Pharmacists find careers in pharmaceuticals, nuclear pharmacy, psychiatric pharmacy, transplant medicine, and many more. Pharmacists love their jobs and report high satisfaction rates. The average pharmacist earns more than $120,000 a year. The unemployment rate in pharmacy is 2%. Employment in pharmacy is projected to grow by 6% by 2026 in the U.S.
